Yesterday our Andy Newell and Leon Simpson-O’Regan attended the Rotherham Local Employment Advisory Forum (LEAF) careers event. We have been supporting this event since 2018 encouraging young people to consider a career in civil engineering and construction in support of the YORCivils3 Framework. We are working for a well known papermill in Kent to strengthen the Creek walls at their Mill. We are installing twin sheet piles comprised of wailing beams and tie-rods to reinforce the creek walls. Our staff recently took part in the Bedford River Festival Dragon Boat Races. We raced for the Sue Ryder Charity raising £1300.
