Eastern Green Bridge Beams

Our project at Eastern Green, Coventry for Coventry City Council and Hallam Land achieved a significant milestone as braced pairs of weathered steel beams have been delivered. The beams are 38m in length and weigh in excess of 60t and were successfully delivered over the course of two consecutive nights. The main beam lift is scheduled to take place at the end of August. This operation will require the use of a 500t crane and will necessitate the closure of the A45 over a weekend.
