Last week, Chris, Ashley and Simon spent the day collecting Christmas trees to be recycled in support of SARS – Suffolk’s Emergency Medical Charity. The Breheny team collected a total 38 trees from Stowmarket, Debenham and Bacton. The initiative has seen almost 1,000 trees collected, heading to JB Biomass who will continue the recycling process. Breheny attended the Wickersley Partnership Trust Careers Event. Over 900 Year 11 pupils attended from four schools – Wickersley, Thrybergh, Clifton and Rawmarsh. It was great to meet so many enthusiastic young people and to talk about careers in civil engineering.
Breheny had a great time at the National Civils Show, where Gary, Joe, and Steve welcomed both new and existing connections at Stand CC47 at ExCeL London.
We are exhibiting at the Association of Drainage Authorities Flood and Water Conference at the Institution of Civil Engineers in Westminster where Robin enjoyed speaking with delegates and ADA staff.
