Association of Drainage Authorities (ADA) Environment Day

We were pleased to be the main sponsor for the ADA Environment Day, held at Park Farm, Thorney, earlier in the month. Chris Frost and Robin Percy attended and were able to reach out to existing and potential new clients during the day, as well as having the opportunity to make a short presentation about Breheny and our Environmental credentials and initiatives.

There were several interesting presentations given during the day covering such diverse topics as restoring wetland diversity in the Fens, rainwater harvesting, beavers and Chinese mitten crabs.

The day was very well attended by representatives from the Environment Agency and many of the Internal Drainage Boards (IDBs) that we have worked with in the past and we had some interesting and promising conversations around future opportunities.
