To efficiently manage safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a medium to large sized project or on a number of projects

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree
NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management/Degree Equivalent CSCS (black)
Professional Accreditation
First Aid
Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Appointed Person – Excavator Only NRSWA Supervisor
Management of Confined Space IOSH Management of Buried Services Contractual Knowledge
Commercial Knowledge
Able to produce/update programmes using ASTA Powerproject Able to read and understand drawings, BoQ’s and specifications Able to understand plant/labour/materials/subcontract allowances
