Supporting Laxton Village Hall 10K Event

As part of our Jubilee Culvert Scheme, our colleagues Dave, Jack, and Zak recently lent barriers to Laxton Village Hall to support traffic control at their annual 10K run.

The organisers told us the barriers were “worth another man” — a big help with nearly 200 cars and 300 competitors, especially for an event that depends on volunteers. They also praised our team for being friendly and willing to answer villagers’ questions about the scheme.

Building on this feedback, Chris Wosman kindly purchased and donated 8 brand-new barriers for the Village Hall to use at future events. These were delivered by Dave on 5th September — a small gesture with a lasting community impact.

Huge thanks to the team for going the extra mile and showing how our work can make a difference beyond the project itself.
