Car Parks & Admin Buildings

We were contracted to construct a new parking area, foundations for both Training and Admin building at Sizewell. Works involved installation of new surface water and foul drainage, construction of concrete foundations with set in bolt clusters, installation of ducting into both buildings, construction of concrete retaining wall, the project duration was 12 months.

Outage Area

We constructed concrete foundations for a New Outage Building within the perimeter fence of Sizewell. Works included the construction of a piling mat, erected of formwork, piling cropping and construction of foundation caps with inset bolt clusters. Project planning was key to delivering the works on time due to the security requirements of the project with the movement of all materials and plant having to be booked and approved 24 hrs in advance. All our project team involved completed Counter Terrorism Checks (CTC) along with baseline checks to gain access to this area. Our works were completed on time ready for steel work to be erected as the next phase of the project commenced.
