Priors Hall Corby Infrastructure Zones 2 & 3

Client: Urban & Civic

The site is located on the old steel works in Corby, Northamptonshire. The works consists of primary Infrastructure for a large housing development including 2km of new roads and footways, over 4km of storm and foul drainage, a pumping station, utility services and a large culvert of 2 x 1800mm pipes. An existing roundabout had an extra leg added under a S.278 agreement to facilitate a new access into the development.

On the project we used Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBAA) as an approved Northamptonshire Council type 1 material and existing limestone 6F2 material was produced on site for use as a capping material.

We used a Solar Pod Generator to power the site cabins, saving 300 litres of gas oil per week and reducing our carbon usage and fuel costs.
