DAUBNEY ACADEMY CAREERS FAIR

We recently attended the careers fair at Daubney Academy in Kempston, Bedford, where our team members Archie, Brad and Joe had the pleasure of speaking with students about careers in civil engineering.

It was fantastic to share insights into the wide range of opportunities within our industry and to showcase some of the projects we’re proud to be part of. We were especially pleased to receive such positive feedback from the students:

“I didn’t realise civil engineering involved so many different roles. The Breheny career stand helped explain everything clearly, and the team were easy to talk to.”

“I really enjoyed seeing the project photos and seeing the process behind roads and bridges being built. The stand was one of the most engaging ones at the fair.”

“The stand was friendly and easy to talk to. I didn’t know anything about civil engineering before, but they made it interesting.”

It’s incredibly rewarding to know we’ve helped inspire the next generation and that some students are now considering a future in civil engineering.
