Congratulations to Apprentice Plant Operator - James Barty

James “Jim” started with us less than a year ago, in August 2024, and has made such a big impression on the instructors at the National Construction College, that he has been nominated for Construction Plant-Hire Associates’ ‘Stars of the Future’ Young Plant Operative Award! This awards scheme is for apprentices and trainees in the construction plant sector. Jim is a key member of the team and is always keen to help wherever he can on site. Jim started working with us on the spine road at Rushbrooke. He then moved onto work on the EA3 site at Bramford among other locations and will be returning to work on the bridge at Rushbrooke. Jim is doing an excellent job, we’re proud of all he’s accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for him.
