SUB AGENT

THE ROLE

To efficiently manage; safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a small project or assist a Project Manager / Site Agent on a large project.

ABOUT YOU

You need to be driven and self-motivated with a good work ethic. You must be willing to learn and continue your development. Being a team player is essential to the role.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Degree

NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or similar

SMSTS

CSCS Black First Aid

Knowledge of programming – ASTA Powerproject Contractually and commercially aware

Able to interpret and implement drawings and specifications

Experience within the civils sector preferred

LOCATION

Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Kent, Hampshire
