Yoxford & Friday Street Roundabouts
We’re proud to have successfully delivered and opened the Friday Street and Yoxford roundabouts on the A12, on behalf of Sizewell C.
Delivered by our Suffolk-based team, these schemes are a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. Working across day and night shifts, our teams have ensured both projects were completed safely and efficiently.
These improvements will enhance access and significantly improve safety at key junctions along the A12, supporting connectivity to Sizewell C and benefiting local communities for years to come.

Across the two sites, we delivered:
• 15,500 m2 of base, binder and surface course asphalt laid
• 37,000 cubic metres of material excavated, moved and placed
• 2000 metres of drainage installed
60 hours in motion. From closure to completion, this time-lapse captures a full weekend of hard work at Friday Street, a vital junction for Sizewell C. The Breheny Team and Supply Chain worked around the clock to deliver the tie in works to enable traffic to utilise the new roundabout alignment making every minute count.
