The Role

To efficiently manage safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a medium to large sized project or on a number of projects

You need to be driven and self-motivated with a good work ethic. You must possess exceptional leadership qualities and be able to communicate effectively. Being a team player is essential to the role.

Skills and Qualification

• Degree
• NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management/Degree Equivalent CSCS (black)
• Professional Accreditation
• First Aid
• Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Appointed Person – Excavator Only NRSWA Supervisor
• Management of Confined Space IOSH Management of Buried Services Contractual Knowledge
• Commercial Knowledge
• Able to produce/update programmes using ASTA Powerproject Able to read and understand drawings, BoQ’s and specifications Able to understand plant/labour/materials/subcontract allowances
