Father and Son Teamwork at Brightwell Lakes

25th August 2026 | 1 min read | bdevelopment@breheny.co.uk

At our Brightwell Lakes project for Taylor Wimpey, we’re proud to have father and son, Mark and Lewis Jarman, working together as part of the Breheny Civil Engineering team.

Both are experienced plant operators, currently working on our excavators to help deliver the project. Mark has been grading the roads ready for asphalt surfacing and shaping swales, while Lewis has been forming the green corridor swale, topsoiling around headwalls, and constructing footpaths to formation level.

Mark and Lewis have both been valued members of the Breheny team for many years and have represented the company with distinction in national plant driving competitions, achieving success against some of the best operators in the industry.

It’s fantastic to see generations of skilled operators working together and continuing to deliver the high standards of workmanship that Breheny is known for.
