Charity Golf Day

Last week, we were delighted to host our Charity Golf Day at Cambridge Country Club in Bourn, bringing together more than 70 golfers from across our clients, supply chain partners, and friends of Breheny for a fantastic day of golf, networking and fundraising.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who attended, sponsored, donated and took part, we raised more than £30,000 for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH).

With glorious weather throughout the day, players competed in Team and Individual competitions, alongside Nearest the Pin challenges on four holes and the Longest Drive competition.

Erin Henry from EACH joined us throughout the day and said:

"What a fantastic day to be part of! A huge thank you to Breheny and everyone who took part, sponsored, donated and supported this year's Golf Day. To have raised over £30,000 is a remarkable achievement, and this generosity will help EACH continue providing vital care and support to babies, children, young people and their families across East Anglia.

It costs £30,000 a day to deliver care at our three hospices and in the community across the region. Support from events like this makes a real difference, helping us be there for families when they need it most. We are truly grateful to Breheny for choosing to support EACH and for organising such a successful event."

A huge thank you goes to the team at Cambridge Country Club and our own Breheny colleagues for their hard work in organising such a successful event. We'd also like to extend our sincere thanks to Michael O'Hagan of MOH Consultancy, whose expert hosting of the auction and raffle inspired some incredibly generous bidding, helping to raise even more vital funds for EACH.
